It was great meeting up with so many hitchhikers at Easter Confest.  Everyone had funny stories to tell, and the level of enthusiasm and excitement was fantastic.  Hitchers really love to travel, and talk about their journeys.

I’ve facilitated hitchhiking workshops a few times now, and they are always awesome. The best part for me is hearing people say over and over, how hitchhiking has shown them the kindness of people, and the way strangers will help you out if you give them an opportunity.

I always get some great new ideas about places to go, and things to do at these meet ups too. [  :)  Great to see u again Mike, Sarah, Ash and Lars! ]
I’ve got a date in my diary for the new years Confest, so I’ll see you all again then, with luck!
